NoCoder ("we", "us", "our") operates the NoCoder platform at nocoder.codes. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect your personal information when you use our Service.

Account Information

When you register, we collect your email address, name, and authentication credentials. If you sign in via Google or GitHub OAuth, we receive your profile information from those providers.

Usage Data

We collect information about how you use the Service, including AI model usage (model type, token counts, response times), workspace activity, and feature interactions. This data is used for billing, analytics, and service improvement.

Workspace Content

Your code, files, and project content stored in workspaces are processed on our servers to provide the Service. We do not access or use your workspace content for purposes other than delivering the Service, unless required by law.

Payment Information

Payment processing is handled by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. We do not store credit card numbers or payment credentials. Dodo Payments collects payment information in accordance with their own privacy policy.

Technical Data

We automatically collect IP addresses, browser type, device information, and cookies for security, analytics, and session management.

3. How We Use Your Information

Provide, maintain, and improve the Service
Process subscriptions and track usage against plan limits
Send transactional emails (account verification, password resets, billing)
Monitor for abuse and enforce our Terms of Service
Analyze aggregate usage patterns to improve our AI features

4. AI Model Providers

When you use AI features, your prompts and conversation context are sent to third-party AI model providers (Google, Anthropic, OpenAI, NVIDIA, or your local Ollama instance). Each provider processes data under their own terms. We send the minimum context necessary and do not share your account information with these providers.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell your personal information. We share data only with:

Dodo Payments — for payment processing, tax compliance, and invoicing
AI model providers — as described above, for generating responses
Infrastructure providers — cloud hosting (AWS) for running the Service
Law enforcement — when required by law or to protect our legal rights

6. Data Retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. Workspace data is deleted shortly after a workspace is terminated. AI usage metrics are retained for billing and analytics purposes. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time.

7. Security

We implement appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect your data, including encryption in transit (TLS), secure credential storage (bcrypt hashing), and access controls. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

8. Your Rights

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have the right to:

Access your personal data
Correct inaccurate data
Delete your data ("right to be forgotten")
Export your data in a portable format
Object to or restrict certain processing
Withdraw consent where processing is consent-based

9. Cookies

We use essential cookies for authentication and session management. We do not use third-party tracking or advertising cookies. Dodo Payments may set cookies during the checkout process as described in their cookie policy.

We may update this Privacy Policy periodically. We will notify you of material changes via email or in-app notification. The "last updated" date at the top indicates when the latest revision was made.
