By accessing or using the NoCoder platform ("Service"), operated by NoCoder ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

NoCoder is an AI-powered development platform that provides cloud-based workspaces, AI code generation, and deployment tools. The Service includes web applications, APIs, and related documentation.

3. Accounts

You must provide accurate information when creating an account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials and for all activities under your account. You must notify us immediately of any unauthorized use.

4. Subscriptions and Payment

Paid plans are billed on a recurring monthly basis through our payment partner, Dodo Payments, who acts as our Merchant of Record. By subscribing, you authorize Dodo Payments to charge your chosen payment method.

Prices are listed in USD and are exclusive of applicable taxes, which Dodo Payments calculates and collects on our behalf. You may cancel your subscription at any time; access continues until the end of the current billing period.

5. Free Trial

Paid plans may include a free trial period. If you do not cancel before the trial ends, your payment method will be charged automatically for the first billing period.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Use the Service for any illegal purpose or in violation of any applicable law
Attempt to gain unauthorized access to other users' accounts or data
Use the platform to build or distribute malware, phishing tools, or malicious software
Circumvent usage limits, rate limits, or billing controls
Use automated systems to abuse the AI generation features
Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all code, content, and materials you create using the Service. We do not claim ownership over your generated code or projects. The NoCoder platform, including its design, logos, and proprietary technology, remains our property.

8. AI-Generated Content

Code and content generated by AI models through the Service is provided "as is". You are responsible for reviewing, testing, and validating all AI-generated output before deploying it to production. We do not guarantee the correctness, security, or fitness of AI-generated code.

9. Data and Privacy

Your use of the Service is also governed by our Privacy Policy. We process your data as described therein.

10. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We may perform maintenance, updates, or modifications that temporarily affect availability. We are not liable for downtime or data loss resulting from service interruptions.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, NoCoder shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, or business opportunities, arising from your use of the Service.

12. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if you violate these Terms. You may delete your account at any time. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases, and your workspace data may be deleted after a reasonable retention period.

13. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or an in-app notice. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
