Refund Policy

Overview

NoCoder subscriptions are processed by Dodo Payments, our Merchant of Record. This refund policy outlines when and how you can receive a refund for your subscription payments.

Free Trial

All paid plans include a 14-day free trial. During the trial period, you will not be charged. If you cancel before the trial ends, no payment will be taken. We encourage you to evaluate the Service during the trial before committing.

Cancellation

You may cancel your subscription at any time from your billing dashboard. Upon cancellation:

  • Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
  • You will not be charged for subsequent periods
  • No partial refunds are issued for unused time in the current period

Refund Eligibility

We offer refunds in the following situations:

Within 7 days of first payment

If you are unsatisfied with the Service within 7 days of your first paid charge (after the trial), you may request a full refund. This applies only to your first billing period.

Service outage or defect

If the Service experiences a significant outage or defect that prevents you from using core features for an extended period (more than 48 consecutive hours), you may be eligible for a prorated refund or credit for the affected period.

Duplicate charges

If you are charged twice for the same billing period due to a processing error, the duplicate charge will be refunded promptly.

Non-Refundable Situations

  • Failure to cancel before a trial ends (you agreed to the subscription terms)
  • Unused time on a plan after the 7-day window
  • Downgrade to a lower-priced plan mid-cycle (takes effect next period)
  • Account suspension or termination due to Terms of Service violations
  • Dissatisfaction with AI model output quality (model behavior varies and is not guaranteed)

How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, email us at billing@nocoder.codes with:

  • Your account email address
  • The transaction or invoice number (from your billing history)
  • The reason for the refund request

We aim to respond to refund requests within 3 business days. Approved refunds are processed by Dodo Payments and typically appear on your statement within 5-10 business days.

Chargebacks

If you believe a charge is unauthorized, please contact us first before filing a chargeback with your bank. We are committed to resolving billing issues promptly. Chargebacks incur fees that are passed through from payment processors, and filing a chargeback may result in account suspension pending investigation.
